here's a pic that i just scanned in of my starcruiser. (URL) a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best, what would you give it? (25 years ago, 20-Jul-99, to lugnet.build)

Bram, Great models. I really like the Semi and Falling water is very cool because it is something I would be able to recognize with anyone telling me what it was just because of its unique architecture. David Macaulay has a book and a CDROM both titled "The New the Way Things Work". Most public libraries have the book. The CDROM probably has more motion and content to offer. Amazon describes the CDROM at (URL) if the CDROM shows the differential (...) (25 years ago, 19-Jul-99, to lugnet.build)

(...) Thanks Ralph, I agree, the Technic crown gear is one of the most realisticly sized & shaped object for a fan cover that I have seen. Howdy, Here's my first attempt at a more realistic engine than those that come with the sets from TLG. Its modeled after the SD70M, which was featured in the July 99 issue of RMC. Robert, There is a MUCH better set for the tiles! The current 9V Level Crossing set, #4532, which is only $24 from Shop@Home. It has eight 1x8 tiles in white AND eight in gray. In addition, it has 4 of the large super low slopes in Gray, a gray 7 (...) (25 years ago, 17-Jul-99, to lugnet.build)
