  Re: TTT w/ wgb compact

(...) Very nifty, indeed. The way that the proportions of Lego work is one of the things that keeps me fascinated. Sometimes it seems a bit mysterious (the angle of the angled axle joiners and angled beams for example) but it works out. Usually. (...) (23 years ago, 19-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New mecha: Pipsqueak

(...) I like the feet a lot. Using handlebars is a great idea! My challenge to you would be: can you work a minifig into that? ;) The quad stance and the "attack angle" really look nice. (...) Make about fifty of those, and set 'em loose...heh. LFB (23 years ago, 19-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New mecha: Pipsqueak

(...) Actually, it's kinda cute. I missed your initial post as I've been cutting back on how often I read things around here in general. It's got this Aardvark/Anteater thing going on that just kinda grabs me. I like it. JJ (23 years ago, 19-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Okay, okay.. I know I'm not supposed to reply to my own message, but I just wanted to say that I know you all went to the site and thought, "man, that's stupid" and to tell you the truth, it was supposed to be.. (...) We could go on forever, Gary! :) I completely agree about that pic, but I love them all. That has to be one of the coolest web pages I've seen in a long long time. The whole Baby Tiger deal they have going on cracked me up -- and it's made it (...) (23 years ago, 19-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: New Chateau MOC

Hi Jonathan, Thanks for the compliments. Unlike a lot of other models of mine, this one could actually be built (except with more "normal" colors). I didn't use any special pieces. Alas, I don't personally have enough roof pieces to build this one, (...) (23 years ago, 19-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: Bricktopia Park Train Station

Thanks for the feeback Ross. If you check out the Mayor's "palace" you might note that no kitchen is shown. I guess that one can assume that the kitchen is situated in the other "half" of the building that is not modeled! "Ross Crawford" (...) (23 years ago, 19-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: Home-made One-way valve

Alternativeley you can continue using the valve with the old style pump and have an air tank (if you own two) on each side i.e. one that holds the vaccum and one that holds the pressureized air. but... theres still the problem of flipping the valve (...)   Re: Zoid Cockpit

Source files now available on Brickshelf for Cathedral of Ice

Last year, around this time, I introduced my "Cathedral of Ice" MOC. This model proved to be quite popular and I still get requests for the .dat files to make this model.
