Re: New Mecha, The Rf-79 Tiger

Ooo... I like what I see! ;-) Very cool Geordan. I really like the shoulders, I dunno why. Guess 'cause it was kind of bold of you to make them so enormous and all red-coloured! The torso is well done, as are the legs. The right, forearm-mounted (...) (23 years ago, 27-Nov-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: My new work "M4A1 Sherman"

(...) Wow, that's beautiful! I like your ability to judge where the "pixellations" are OK and where they're not-- it looks splendid. One question: How did you get the bogie trucks to stay together? I wanted to do something like that for my Pz I but (...) (23 years ago, 26-Nov-01, to lugnet.build.military)

model ownership (Re: 2nd Annual Space Building Contest)

first off, the contest sounds very cool. i've seen some cool models around the net and it will be neat to see a bunch by various builders gathered together for the contest. now a question: (...) does this mean any physical models mailed will not be (...)   Re: New Mecha, The Rf-79 Tiger

WoW! Geordan, this is quite an improvement and just shows where your skills are pushing you to go. As Eric put it: I love the handlebar details on the gun. I like the shoulders but don't see where they pivot. The rounded armor detail on the arms is (...) (23 years ago, 26-Nov-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: The Cathedral Project

Right now, I am planning to do the columns with 2x2 rounds, just for color consistency. They did paint their columns and their wood ceilings, but this is actually half the size of a cathedral in a richer area, so I am assuming that they would not (...)   Re: My new work "M4A1 Sherman"

(...) A very nice MOC of a Sherman. I thought the angles would be hard to capture, but you did a great job. Thanks, George (23 years ago, 26-Nov-01, to lugnet.build.military)
