  Re: F-4u Corsair

(...) It has too much of a vertical incline for the SW canopy, there isn't anything yet produced that mimicks it that well, I geuss the SW canopy is the best. -Geordan- (...) (23 years ago, 5-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Other appropriate MOCs...

(...) thing that seems maybe a smidge out of place are the landing gear. They just seem a tad too small -- but who cares? My Corsair has something dogfight with now! ;) (...) just plain awesome!   Re: F-4u Corsair

(...) Thanks Geordan! It worked well for "revision 1" though there aren't many options for the canopy that I like. The SW canopy is "okay" but just not quite right. Ah well. :) You've inpsired me to put it on the plate for a redesign in the near (...) (23 years ago, 5-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: cthulhu

(...) Fabulous! Or, more appropriately, awful! Hideous! Horrifying! I'm a major fan of Lovecraft; as a writer, of course, he was pulpy and heavy-handed, but his ideas were excellent. Always nice to see a model from the Mythos. I've been working for (...) (23 years ago, 5-Sep-01, to lugnet.build)

  Re: WWII MOC: Focke Wulf

(...) Um, the warthog is beautiful ONLY in the way that any "form follows function" design that hits (in this case, NAILS) its design goals is beautiful.
