I sort mine by color and piece type. I'll give a little bit of a run-down, so here goes. (1) I have a box(shoebox size) for green(very few), yellow(few), tan(fewer), gray, black plates. I stack the 1xY in an offset manner, with the larger plates I (...) (25 years ago, 12-May-99, to lugnet.build)

For me, I have evolved from colors to actually sorting bricks out by their size/shape. I have eight 60 drawer shelving units, and multiple plastic variable size tackle box type containers.
