(...) Occording to LEGO.com, the pilot's name is Antares, he's a doctor, so he was trained to invent stuff (did lego mean that?), his favorite color is white and he likes to eat vegetable cubes (I didn't know they had mouths). NICK (23 years ago, 16-Jun-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Quadruped Mecha

Thanks James! I had to rebuild both the cockpit and the bottom of the mecha twice. The mecha would have looked much better if it wasn't a two-person vehicle. Oh well... BTW what kind of six legged mecha are you making? - transport, assault... (...) (23 years ago, 16-Jun-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Out of my cave...

Hi all, I'm still alive. I've been terribly preoccupied with real life for quite a while, but I thought I'd pop my head in for a moment. Thanks to everybody who's been asking about me, and thanks also to those who've given credit for the inspiration (...) (23 years ago, 16-Jun-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Give us Building Lessons

I build to express myself. I build to show what I can do. I build to show what Lego can do. I build as an Artist would paint a beautiful illustration. Some of the things I keep in mind when I build are the ussual type stuff: What am I building (I (...) (23 years ago, 16-Jun-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Have you ever eaten in a tree house?

No offence to you or anything but I thought it looked a little funny. It had a certain unbalance, but the idea was cool.   Re: Have you ever eaten in a tree house?

Thanks Brad! Glad I influenced someone else. Its an almost untapped area of Lego building that I'm surprised not more people are experimenting with.
