I've been looking at klapaucius' (sp?) gundam models (obscenely impressive, I must say.) and a thought struck me. has anybody tried using technic 32166 pieces (the throwbot gearbox pieces) to build joints for large scale mecha? it seems to me that (...) Oragami Mecha! I love it! Bryce, warning, I'm going to use the heck out of the name! Yeah, after seeing Jeremy's designs, I couldn't help myself and did one too. I finally have a shot of it. Cool little mechas! After seeing Jeremy Sproat's this weekend I've decided to call them Oragami Mechas. These things are just so small and intricate! I like the green one. I reminds me of an insect or maybe Watto. I can see a swarm of these (...) (23 years ago, 30-Apr-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
