  Re: Lego in Fish-tanks

(...) I forgot who it was, but they showed me a page that had a circuler tank with legos in it spinning around the tank in the whirpool that a motor made in the bottom of the tank - now that was cool!! I really want to get something like this - but (...) (24 years ago, 9-Apr-01, to lugnet.build)

  Lego in Fish-tanks

Does anybody have Lego in their fish tank? Once, long ago I had a fish tank, I built a windmill and weigh'd it down with some rocks, I positioned the air pump tube under the gavel near the bottom of the windmill and when the air bubbles came out (...) (24 years ago, 9-Apr-01, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Dump Truck MOC

(...) Hmmm, that's actually pretty fast. I've been pretty busy with school lately, so my Tallgeese project has been going on for a month now. It is actually turning out pretty good though. I've had only had about 45 minutes a day to build on it. =( (...) (24 years ago, 9-Apr-01, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build)

New Mosaic from TRU visit: Pikachu

Well, my trip to TRU (as I announced earlier this week on the BLOC newsgroup) was pretty successful. I spent 3.5 hours at my local Toys'R'Us, working on a new mosaic while I was there. The results of that are shown on this page: (URL) looks like the (...) (24 years ago, 8-Apr-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general, lugnet.announce, lugnet.org.us.bloc, lugnet.loc.us.oh.cle) !

  Re: Dump Truck MOC

(...) Hi Rob. Ummm, I think it took about 3 hours. I looked up a picture of a dump truck on the 'net for some inspiration, and then I improvised a lot of the details and the single seat cab. ~1st Lieutenant, Fleebnork Division Muffin Head (24 years ago, 8-Apr-01, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build)

(...) On Amazon.com they have the blue tubs for 14.99, too. (URL) only downside is you would have to pay shipping, but it's very convenient not having to leave the house. Natalia (24 years ago, 8-Apr-01, to lugnet.build)

Re: My first MOC: Animal Sculptures

(...) Never say never!! <grin> Now, Pawel is good, but I bet you can show him what the real stuff is all about, and do a good job at it too. ;-) Girl-power, honey! On a more serious note - this is a totally different class than Pawel's creations. (...) (24 years ago, 8-Apr-01, to lugnet.build)

Re: My first MOC: Animal Sculptures

(...) Thanks! I'll NEVER make MOCs as good as my brother's. :-) You would probably feed the elephant green and tan 1 x 1 plates (leaves and wheat/grain). Then you would run away to avoid being trampled. Natalia (24 years ago, 8-Apr-01, to lugnet.build)

Re: My first MOC: Animal Sculptures

(...) Yes, Pawel is my big brother. He's the one who took the pictures with the digital camera and helped sign me up. He also gave me lots of bricks to work with! Natalia (24 years ago, 8-Apr-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.people)
