Yes! That's a very cute, illustrated explaination of "where LEGO bricks come
from." It's part of a series of such books for kids.
The book has for example, drawings of plastics being poured into machines,
minifigs being assembled, sets being packed on the assembly line, LEGO trucks
shipping, and eventually purchase from the store.
My public library system had one dog-eared copy of this, which I scanned cover-
to-cover for my personal archive. Later, my hard drive froze up and I lost it.
The cover image had been backed up though, and I have that here:

This cover image demonstrates the drawing style inside.
A very special find, IMHO.
