I operates on the ocean floor, and can "jump" in small spurts using the
array of propellors on the back. The primary use of the propellors, though,
is for added maneuverability underwater--an assist to help the mech move
quickly in any direction.
The primary weapon is a rail gun, by the way, and those are spotlights on
either side of the head.
