My family moved several times when I was a child, and we used U-Hauls. As a result they have always interested me. The model is 8-wide in the back, and the cab tapers from 7-wide down to 6-wide at the nose (my first experimentation in 1/2 stud offsets). The back posed an interesting challenge with the U-Haul writing, and although it stays in place (barely), I'd love to learn more about SNOT lettering. After it was completed I saw a U-haul in a parking lot with the red band going all the way around the front, whereas my model has the "metal" interrupting it. Anyway, here are the pics.
