It’s loosely based on this set: 6605 Road Racer

& has landing skids, a classic CB, custom Phaser, control handles & a removeable engine.

Just as a note, despite the .png file extension, the actual image you posted is an uncompressed BMP. --Travis (16 years ago, 3-Dec-08, to lugnet.space, FTX)
