When I was creating the Neon Shifter I think about otherworldly creatures.
Than I think about some pictures of creatutres here on Erath in the deep sea
that I have seen. (For exapmle the Movie deepblue shows some of this creatures

In the deep sea live creatures that has also the otherworldly look, but they
live here on Earth.
