Hello,
I built a couple of trucks over the past week or so and put them on Brickshelf.
The first one is a typical 'Jonathan' dump truck that I wanted to make using
sand blue as the cab color. I decided to go into one of my favorite
Bricklink shops to see what parts were available & used (obviously) only
those parts.

I am happy with it, if nothing else it adds a different style of front end &
gets away from using wedge plates & bricks that I rely on too often.
While waiting for the sand blue parts to arrive, I was impatient & decided
to use a similar technique in a different color for this delivery truck:
