| | I have been thinking about a quad design that has wheels at its toes. This is a proto type proof of concept design excersize. Future designs will explore this set up with the final version being motorized. (URL) Rolling Walking Rabbit Wrecker> (3 (...) | | | | Hey Eric, Very cool. The design of the feet is very interesting - though I'm not sure I understand the combination of jointed legs and wheels. Is this a rollerskating mech? The use of the old tow truck piece as tail is very clever. Bruce (19 years ago, 26-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

| | | | I like animal mecha. They remind me of ZOIDS. I'd like to see this motorized if possible. Maybe incorporate sensors or something for the wench. I think the ears might be to short for a rabbit. Try the red swords if possible from the Yellow Exoforce (...) (19 years ago, 27-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

| | | | Neat mech Eric. Just one thing, don't you think the positioning of the crane and the lights and where cargo ends up is a little, um, suspect? :) No Bob, you get the hot load. No really Fred, I insist, YOU get the hot load. But I get it, the crane is (...) (19 years ago, 27-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

| | | | (...) Ditto Fradel's comment on Zoids. I wonder, if a quadraped mech was actually built, would it work better with a mammal layout (like Rabbit Wrecker) or more of an insect/crustacean layout (like the Iron Mecha entries). I had that winch part at (...) (19 years ago, 29-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
