Looking around Brickshelf, I couldn't find many great interpretations of the awsome Batmobile from the 1989 film (there are a few good ones though). The (...) | | | | | | (...) The canopy slides. Its fastened on using a technic rod and moves forward 3 studs, making it relatively easy to put a minifig (including Batman) in the cockpit. | | | | Great work Joel! I'm amazed how much detail you managed to put in at such a small scale. Some of the "newer" parts available now obviously helped a lot. The '89 Burton is also my favorite Batmobile. I did build one out of Lego right away after I saw (...) (18 years ago, 27-Apr-06, to lugnet.build, FTX)

Personally, I'm really enjoying the variety of slopes and wedges LEGO has seen fit to produce in the last few years. The new USC Batmobile certainly benefits (...)
