Arcane Company is proud to announce the newest line of civilian and
declassified military robots built on the successful Pikari Class courier
frame.

The first variation is an extreme long range courier with enhanced
speed and an extended range power source. These changes alone
enable the Pikari-LR to reach speeds in access of 500 mph with a
range of 7000 miles (NYC to LA and back) per charge. Included in
this remarkable design are enhanced streamlining, short range
jumping, a GPS, and next generation CPU for "on the fly" route
changes.

The next variation is very similar to the original frame except it is
armed with short range lasers. These weapons allow the Pikari-AR
to patrol/defend in an urban landscape. The lasers have an average
range of 200 yards and have a variable intensity as the situation
allows. This version has an (optional) remote pilot rig because even
the most advanced logic circuitry fails to distinguish between friend
and foe occasionally.

The variation called Pikari-JH (John Henry) was designed primarily
for civilian use in tunneling operations. The US military commissioned
a dozen of the JH class robots and added the twin machine guns
under the pile drivers for emergency purposes.

Next in line is variation Pikari-MM (Missile Master). Commissioned
by the US military for areas deemed to dangerous for normal
missile platform operations (soldiers and missile trucks). The slow
but very dangerous MM class robot is equipped with ejectable
extreme long range missiles (top mounted)capable of hitting targets
around 2 miles away and (side mounted, ejectable)twin medium
range missile packs capable of hitting targets around a mile away.
Finally the robot features a belly mounted weapon that is usually a
machine gun or grenade launcher (not in picture) for emergencies.

Pikari-RL (Raptor Lite) is a basic close combat robot with twin
extended duration machine guns (2000 rounds each) and claws
crafted from a titanium alloy for climbing or "other" applications.

Pikari-SB (Spinning Blasters) was a short lived military robot that
had rapidly rotating grenade launchers. Its downfall was when the
rotators jammed leaving live and ticking grenades inside itself. The
resulting explosion destroyed the robot and injured those nearby.
This catastrophe nearly cost Arcane Company its military contract
and its financial base.

The final variation is the Pikari-SS (Sniper Scope). Equipped with
the worlds longest range gauss rifle (4 miles), a machine gun, a
grenade launcher, and a short range, variable intensity laser. The
scope and rifle is ejectable and detonatable for quick getaways.

These were actually designed by my 81 year old father-in-law
who was fascinated by the flexibility of the original Pikari model
he saw somewhere on BrickShelf.
