Followup-To field required on articles posted to lugnet.announce

As a helpful interactive reminder that this group is for announcements
(as opposed to regular discussions), the server requires that the
Followup-To field now be set when posting an article to this group
lugnet.announce.
(Doing so was always a good idea before; the only difference now is that
it's enforced by the server, which is a good thing.)
Followup-To is a special NNTP header field which will re-direct posted
replies to a different group, where the discussion would take place.
You might choose to set this to lugnet.build, or lugnet.general, or
lugnet.trains -- or whatever is most appropriate.
Requiring that this field be set is also (hopefully) a way to avoid having
to make this group a moderated one -- since a bit more thought is required
before posting.

p.s. As always, auction announcements on lugnet.com are still only
appropriate in the lugnet.market.auction group, and not in this group.
