Everyone is invited to attend BrickCon this year in Seattle (October 1-4). Last
year was bigger than ever and this year promises to be even better.
Last year's Town and Train layout was fantastic and I know we can make this one
even better. It promises to be another great display of dozens of builders.
Great rolling stock will pass by rural farms, suburban homes, City Towers,
fantastic brick built scenery, and everything else in between. Everyone is
encouraged to bring as many MOCs as they see fit. With plenty of room there is
a great chance to help create a killer layout. Email Jeff Pelletier with
information on what you are bringing (stud size, description, and photo if
possible) so the layout can be planned ahead of time.
Single family homes are encouraged to be on a 32 x 32 stud baseplate or a 32 x
48 stud footprint (with an 4 stud black tile alley in the back). You can build
any scenery, features, or buildings to any size you want but try to think about
general scale and if you are building something you want surrounded by streets
try and build in 32 stud baseplate increments. If you can't, don't worry -
we'll get you accommodated. EVERYONE is welcome (and encouraged) to bring
something.
The trophies this year will be:
-Best in Town / Train
-Best Train Related MOC
-Best House
-Best City Building
-Best Town / Train Feature
Can't wait to see everyone again in October!
PS: If you email me directly please email me at jeffreyapelletier AT gmail DOT

August.
