At the request of the PT Admins, the LSC has amended the format of
the !LDRAW_ORG meta-statement to permit zero or more qualifiers.
The format of this meta-statement is now
0 !LDRAW_ORG Part|Subpart|Primitive|48_Primitive|Shortcut (optional
qualifier(s)) UPDATE YYYY-RR
for official parts
or
0 !LDRAW_ORG Unofficial_Part| Unofficial_Subpart| Unofficial_Primitive
|Unofficial_48_Primitive|Unofficial_Shortcut (optional qualifier(s))
for parts on the tracker

In addition to the syntax change, the LSC have defined two qualifiers - Alias
and Physical_Colour - full details can be found in Appendix III of the spec.
