Brickworld is excited to announce some of the presentations, workshops and
discussions that will be available for regsitered attendees. Our goal is to do
our best to make sure that there is something for everyone. To that end, we are
working to line up some informative sessions. More details on each session and
some additional sessions will become available in the coming weeks.
The list of sessions as it presently stands (in no particular order) is:
An Inside Look at the Toy Museum of Bellaire, Ohio - Dan Brown
The Making of Brickjournal - Joe Meno
The Art of the Brick - Adam Reed Tucker
Custom Track - and making your own - Ondrew Hartigan
Building Town & Train MOCs on Angles - Ondrew Hartigan
Achieving GBC Reliability - Rafe Donahue
Large Scale Construction Techniques - Brian Darrow
Rare Stuff and History - Gerhard Isktok
The Future of Trains - Ondrew Hartigan
LPub - how to - Kevin Clague
LSynth - how to - Kevin Clague
Studless Building Techniques - Bryan Bonahoom
And - no event would be complete without some robotic show and tell from the
Mindstorms experts led by Steve Hassenplug (okay - that was a selfish plug for
my favorite theme) :)
The Brickworld Team is very excited that we have secured some of the foremost
experts to lead these sessions and we want to thank everyone in advance for
their contributions to the event.
Brickworld will be held June 21-24, 2007 at the Westin North Shore Hotel in
Wheeling, IL (a suburb of Chicago). Register soon to ensure there is room for
your creations to be displayed. There are a limited number of hotel rooms set
aside at the special Brickworld rate. Get yours before they are all gone.
Best Regards, The Brickworld Team
