I am very pleased to announce that a German translation of
The Brick Testament: Stories from
the Book of Genesis will be coming out in Germany this August. In Germany the
book go by the title
Das 1. Buch L.. I got my first look at it just yesterday when an advance copy
arrived at my doorstep:
The German publisher Sansoucci is very excited
about the book. They had me take a new vertically-oriented photo of The Garden
of Eden for use as a promotional poster for the book’s release. And Brick
Testament themed photos grace both the front and back cover of their new book
catalog:
 
The book itself gets a two-page write-up on pages 2 and 3 of the catalog:
 
And in case you missed the announcement on my personal site, there will also be
a Japanese translation of the book coming out sometime in the next 6 months or
so (though I don’t have any further details on that at this time).
Here’s hoping they’ll fly me to Europe to promote this thing! @8^)
