There is a new story contest (prize is a $50 lego set!). You need to write a
story based on a picture of the new Dinosaurs sets. Also, the Mars story
contest winners were announced (If I wrote a story, I'd have won...). The
8-year-old winner's story is kind of cute. It mentions things like "I flew
away because theres no gravity on mars.". The 11-year-old winners story
sounds like he really spent some time researching Mars (probably more time
than the 8 year old, but the 8-year-old's story was prety good). I really
liked the 11-year-old's story (about the blue gem and Huga the psycho
martian). All the stories I read were pretty good .Now the 12-year-old
winner of the Arctic Story Contest's story was just SAD (The boo-hoo kind of
sad, read it and you'll know what I mean).
