| | Logitech Animation Demo

The Logitech QuickCam comes with an animation demo file that uses LEGO in a few places. The original avi is about 7.5MB, so I chopped it up a little and saved it as a lower quality wmv file (380KB): (URL) Doucette. MISB sets at DoucetteNet LEGO® on (...) Thanks, I can't wait to read it. I did find a place in Cambridge that'll do it. Now I just have to collect my movies and get down there. I'm sorry I can't help you with the Super-8 question. I THINK this can be done with a video capture card, but I'm not sure how Super-8 works. But if you liked Andy's work, I just finished interviewing him and the article will be on <a (...) (24 years ago, 6-Apr-01, to lugnet.animation)

Wow. I just watched Andy Thornbery's "The Thing" and was blown away. That and his "The LEGO Chainsaw Massacre" are just great. I've always been a huge fan of stop-motion animation. 30 minutes, or 1/3. That's a total rough estimate. Gods, I hope it's not longer. I'm trying to limit scope so I can get it finished, but it seems It need that much to tell the story. Yep, it's true. I've got about 25-30 minutes filmed so far, but as we all know, filming and editing/post production are a big difference. I'm trying to limit scope so I can get it done. Jason (...) (24 years ago, 4-Apr-01, to lugnet.animation, lugnet.castle)

Though some are a bit blurry [:(], I just put some "behind the scenes" pics up of one of the sets featured in my upcoming movie, Vecna's Lens. D&D fans may recognize the creature, called an owlbear.
