This is not exactly what you ask for but it does sort of work to some extent.
http://news.lugnet.com/?q=Jordan+Bradford
that is, go to the search thingie at the top of every post display page (in the
web view) and type your name in, change the drop down to say "News" instead of
"News(some group)" and hit submit.
This also finds posts where your name was mentioned so it's not perfect. It
might help you out though, not sure.
