Hi there:
Here's a couple of suggestions for the Web page used to post news messages:
1) Note somewhere that multiple newsgroups should be comma delimited, or
allow semicolons and/or spaces to be valid delimiters.
2) Make 'Request Followups To' or '(optional)' a link to a pop-up that
explains what a followup is, and why one might want one (and why it's optional).
3) Add script to the '(help: newsgroup names)' pop-up window to insert the
newsgroup into the 'Newsgroups:' field when clicked on. If a user chooses to
disable script or runs on a browser without script support, the
functionality would be exactly the same as today. If you'd like a volunteer,
I'll write the script and test it on IE and Netscape.
