Just to add a comment, the whole thing seems rather anal retentive, doesn't
it? Frankly, I am just glad to have input and feedback from LEGO company
representatives, I don't care where they post from. The ONLY concern there
should be from ANYONE is "Was that a legitimate source? Or was it a
fraudulant post?" If that is what you are concerned about, make it clear.
If he/they feel that they are being slapped on the wrist AND forced to waste
valuable time with proceedure (not THAT important), don't you worry that
they'll just be less friendly and open????
