Here's a neat little trick someone taught me about using the thumbnails
automatically generated by Brickshelf.  Add • /thumb/image.jpg(underline)thumb.jpg
and you will link to the thumb instead of the full image.  So:

umb.jpg>>

Better yet, make the thumbnail image a hyperlink to the full image:

w.brickshelf.com/gallery/corsair/Castle/thumb/handgunners3.jpg_thumb.jpg>>

Or maybe you already knew that but were just lazy.  I have DSL so no • worries for
me:-)

Actually, on that last link...  If you smart people could add a space
between the link and the imbedded picture it would help keep us NNTP folks
from going crazy(er).

When you posted this:
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/corsair/Castle/handgunners3.jpg<http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/corsair/Castle/thumb/handgunners3.jpg_thumb.jpg

my newsreader gives me this: (no quotes)
w.brickshelf.com/gallery/corsair/Castle/thumb/handgunners3.jpg_thumb.jpg"
(I hope that came out right)

If I did that correctly, you may see the fact that the link is actually 2
links wrapped into one.  Other people along with my self have been
discussing this problem off and on for quite a while now.  I wish the
rollout team could appoint the necessary committee up to find the
programmers to make the new code to keep NNTPers happy. :P

(...) Well, first off, you must select "formatted text" for any of this to work... Testing: (URL) Does this work for you then, Rob? JOHN (20 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.admin.nntp, FTX)
