Yah, we could do that. Not sure we actually need a newsgroup just for that though. A db.inv.discussion would probably be good... Also, I was thinking of just setting up a mailing list, that will allowe people to subscribe to peeron updates... Then, those who care can see every change, while those who don't will only see the occasional (rare) newsgroup announcement...
