Larry wrote a very friendly introduction to LUGNET and made a lot of good
suggestions for links to visit. Maybe it's a good idea to put the links he
mentioned in the 'yellow' area (like the 'sites to see' section in
http://news.lugnet.com/trains/ and many other newsgroup pages). A link to
the FAQ newsgroup and to Shiri's acronym-list
http://www.lugnet.com/~88/acronym_faq/ ) could also be a good addition.
Another thing, maybe it's a good idea to give more attention to the
newsgroup - to find it you must have a little knowledge how LUGNET organises
newsgroups. A link on both news.lugnet and www.lugnet to the newbie group
might be a good idea. The Newbie newsgroup is a Good Thing but I'm afraid it
is not clear enough that there is one.
