d'Oh! -- you're right.  I added some code deep-down for slowing and blocking
HTTP accesses from IP addresses which appear to be attempting pw intrusions,
and the code there checks the IP address and asserts that it's defined and of
the standard format.  That's all well and good for regular stuff, but the
traffic page is one that gets created outside of the normal HTTP context and
saved to a file -- so the REMOTE_ADDR isn't defined in that case.  Fixed that
to default to 127.0.0.1 to keep the other parts happy.

Uh, anyway, to make a long story short, it'll show up again now at the next
5-minute interval.
