I'm not sure where you're clicking. Here's more explicit what-to-do:
1. First, be on the LUGNET homepage:
http://www.lugnet.com/
2. From there, observe that there is a box on the left with "Top Stories."
At the bottom of this box is a link labeled "More Top Stores." Click
that link, and that will bring you here:
http://www.lugnet.com/spotlight.cgi?days=7&threshold=50&sort=fuzzy
3. On that page, there's a drop-down list box that's labeled "Article View."
In that list box, select "All (Whole)" and then click the "Redisplay"
button to its right. The page should redisplay with full-view articles.

p.s. If you were trying this from the manual Spotlight page, it doesn't have
that option. Only the spotlight.cgi script has these fancy options.
