I believe it's already been implemented. I think lugnet.loc.uk has an editor,
for example. What hasn't been implemented (I don't think) is the direct
ability to allow multiple people to edit the same page (although you can fudge
it by pretending to be someone else, my view is that Todd Lehman would not
really like that approach, given how security conscious he is).
