The lugnet.edu group (URL) matches the second one perfectly, and possibly the first and third ones also to some extent, but lugnet.general would also be perfectly fine for those -- it's just not as focused. Are you looking for something along (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jun-00, to lugnet.admin.general)
