Hi, I got your email on Sunday where you said you'd signed up three family
members on Friday but had only received two emails in reply. I found the
missing one (I hadn't clicked the right button to make it go) and it sounds
like that one made it there but there's still one missing? I do seem to
remember seeing four originally...lemme go have a look in the logs...
OK, I confirm from the logs that 4 applications were submitted on Saturday...
so far so good. Now checking the pending area...OK, I see four there. OK,
here's something probably the problem: looks like you accidentally transposed
two letters in Alexander's email address -- xxx@xxxent.com for what I assume
should have been xxx@xxxnet.com. I'll go in and correct that, assuming it's
a typo (the other similar addresses you entered seem to indicate this :) and
then ask the system to resend.
