Messages posted by Benjamin Whytcross do not appear to be following threads
properly.  This pattern is not new for his messages.  As far as I can tell, he
is replying directly to previous messages but the threading is incorrect and
his messages get posted as new parent messages, not offspring as intended.

Is there something simple that Benjamin can do to correct this?  It appears
that it has only been occuring within the last month or so.  For reference,
here are some earlier messages with the same problem:
http://www.lugnet.com/loc/au/?n=157
http://www.lugnet.com/loc/au/?n=151
http://www.lugnet.com/market/appraisal/?n=36

I sent him a nice email a few days ago to make him aware of this situation in
case he was not or did not understand it.  Messages recently posted indicate
that he is still getting the same result.

Can anyone offer assistance?

P.S. Somebody remind these people they promised WORLDWIDE.

They did. And they didn't say that it wouldn't be now. It's
unfortunate,
but
it does make sense to roll something like this out in • limited markets and
then expand.

Let's not forget that Brad mentioned that this service was
being offered
through S@H until "the new e-commerce portion of LEGO.com"
was available
later in the year.  One would imagine that the operation
would be global at
that point.

But, if that is the case, why say 1) this will be available form S@H until
the e-commerce section is up, and then say 2) This service will be available
in the US, and later in Europe. To me this says that when the e-commerce
section is up, this will be available to the US and europe, and nowhere
else. [Further, I could see no reference to this service expanding outside
these constraints in the posting !]
