This would be **fantastic**! At the moment I don't really post that much because I'm too lazy to have to type in my name and email address every time. Now, this may not be such a bad thing in my case, but I'm sure that there are people with (...) (25 years ago, 12-Apr-00, to lugnet.admin.general) !

Um, another benefit of this would be increased security for members - at the moment anyone could post using my name and email address, but posts verified through the membership cookie (or whatever), could show that they were authenticated by LUGNET.
