A new newsgroup lugnet.admin.terms has just been created for discussions,
questions, and issues relating to the LUGNET Terms of Use Agreement,
http://www.lugnet.com/admin/terms/?p=agreement
On the surface, it seems kind of silly to have a whole newsgroup/mailing list
devoted just to a document, but if you do have questions or concerns regarding
the agreement, here is a clear place specifically for that.
The main reason behind the timing of this is to separate the function of
.admin.terms group from the function of the .admin.council group. The
eventual role of the .admin.council group has yet to be fully defined, but
moving forward, it's important to avoid increases of politics nature as the
community continues to grow.

etc.
