Oops, I just noticed that the script which posts the initial 2 messages to
new groups still has a copy of the old Terms of Use document. No biggie,
since 1.0.1 is only a clarification of the original 1.0, but still an oops.
Just told it about the new version, so that the next new group created will
use that.
