Todd,
I think this is extremely reactionary. The way I read the law and the ToU,
I think posting links to those pictures is both legal and reasonable. The
posting of scans obtained by somewhat unknown means is a different matter that
I don't feel qualified to comment on.
If you want to do something like this (it's your ball, do what you want), I
think you should change the rules to say no posting of <insert your own item
you think is objectional>.
