Info on LUGNET (pair network) response times.

It appears that PAIR networks is working on a configuration problem that is
affecting response times on all their servers as a result of their data center
move. Please check out this URL for more info.

Hopefully when they resolve this issue response will be back to what it was.
Again this affected all PAIR servers not just the LUGENT server. The NELUG
server was also experiancing slow response times.
