Is this going to be a normal thing or will things spped up soon?  I can
only guess that the bandwidth to the new location is not as much as it was
to the old location - a problem likely to be fixed soon.

I see it too.  It's not the server but the connection.  Let's wait a couple
days and see what happens -- they're probably still up to their ears in
wires at pair.  Maybe they're only running on 1 of the 3 DS/3 lines or
something like that.  I'm not too worried -- they run pretty big straws
there.
