It's down to self policing again. There must be others reading who know
of the more appropriate groups, but it's difficult to point it out with
out seeming rude, or courting a flame.
Perhaps a standard phrase can be devised, along the lines of:
"Perhaps this should be in lugnet.xxxxx?"
and set follow-ups to lugnet.xxxxx, so the discussion can continue
without causing offence, or disturbing too many people.
