I'd go with no, unless it has been posted more than once in the same
group within a short period. The notion of an interconnect per se seems
on topic for both a general group and for clone-brands. I think it's a
fascinating topic and would like to see discussed, somewhere, whether
the ones Keith has prototyped are the ones most needed.

follow up set to admin.general because the question of what is spam or
not seems admin-ish. I'd be interested in your thinking on why it is
spam to mention a connector between systems.
