As I recall, the NNTP engine for LUGNET wasn't something that Todd custom-wrote (like the web interface), but was a build of some already-existing implementation, which could be why it's a little less accessible. The set reference for 6098, under Notes, says "Ages 8-12". Box images at these two sites show "7-12"... (URL) original 6091 box in my possession says "8-12".
