As of right now, Todd is the go-to person for password resets. If you've emailed
Todd more than once and it's been in a more than 24-48 hour period with no
response, then posting here certainly seems the next best thing to do... IIRC he
does have some spam prevention tools that sometimes interfere with
transmissions.
It's in the plans to make this capability (for resetting passwords) more
widespread but I don't know about dates.
