Posting Authentication Lag Problem

Is the new server system the reason why authentication emails are taking so long
to arrive in my Inbox? A message I posted at 16:25 GMT last night got to my
Inbox at 06:52 GMT this morning!
I have at least 3 messages waiting for the email to arrive. I wrote this one at
20:47 GMT. I expect to authenticate it tomorrow afternoon, though I wish it
would arrive within 5 minutes as messages usually do.
Has anyone else been affected by this problem?
