I'm confused.  How can there be 80-100 immediate-delivery subscribers,
but only 5 subscriptions?

Because there aren't 80-100 subscribers.  :)  The symbols are histogram
*percentages*.  @ means 80%-100%, so it would mean either 4 or 5 people out of
5 in this case.
