Todd, I recently came across 3 polybags of McD's promos. If I can believe the copyright date on the back, they are from 1989. The set numbers are decoded from the back of package as we have done with the 2000 McD's promos. All of these packages have the title "McDonald's Happy Meal presents LEGO MOTION". All are ages 3+ ... Set 1643 - McDonald's Happy Meal toy '2B - Lightning Striker', 14 pcs, 0 figs, 1989 Set 1646 - McDonald's Happy Meal toy '3A - Land Laser', 13 pcs, 0 figs, 1989 Set 1644 - McDonald's Happy Meal toy '4A - Wind Whirler', 17 pcs, 0 figs, 1989 you may want to add these to the guide database.
