That's a new one -- bizarre! Looks like it was added from NN running on
MacOS, which must somehow allow accidental ^M (ASCII 13) characters into the
forms, and I don't check for weeding those out when the form is submitted.

It's not entirely innocuous, no, IMHO... Fixed now. Thanks for noticing.
